What You Will Need

Getting started with telehealth is simple. Before your first virtual appointment, make sure you have:
A reliable internet connection
A computer, tablet, or smartphone with wi-fi access and a camera and microphone
A valid email address is required to receive your appointment link
Once you have these tools in place, you are ready to connect with us.

How to Schedule a Telehealth Appointment

Contact our office by phone or email to request your virtual appointment.
You will receive a confirmation email with a secure link to your scheduled session and a time reminder.
At your appointment time, click the link to start your private video call with your provider. These are secure and private.
Once the appointment is over, close your browser window. Appointments typically last between 15 and 30 minutes.
